Prawn Curry 😛

Ingredients:
To season the prawns
- 500 Grams prawns (cleaned and washed)
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 8 curry leaves
- 4 pandan leaves
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 Teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 4 cardamom pods
- 3 dried chillis
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 Clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon ginger
- 1 Teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chilli (optional)
- 1 1/2 Cup coconut milk
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)
Directions:
For the curry
Once cooked turn off the heat & set aside. Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves into the curry & stir well. Serve hot with rice or bread. Enjoy!
